Customer Feedback integrate seamlessly with our Marketing Campaign product and our Automation product enabling you to send survey campaigns to collect generic feedback from your customers or automatically trigger a survey after a transaction or an activity to collect specific feedback about your customers’ experiences.

You can use Customer Feedback to avoid losing customers because of a bad experience that was not immediately tackled by enabling the escalation feature where you can set the Customer Feedback to automatically send escalation emails to managers so they immediately reach out to the customers to resolve any issues.
