It is always recommended that businesses provide their customers with access to their data. This establishes trust with customers and also provides them with a way to update their profiles and keep them up to date.
You can setup a personal microsite for each one of your customers and configure it to have different pages where customers can view their profile, transactions history, communication preferences, vouchers, loyalty, surveys, referrals, and even external pages (like a specific products page on your ecommerce site)
You can provide access to the microsite through communication, automated and campaigns, that you send to customers (by inserting the microsite tag) and the system would automatically generate a personalized secure link for each customer through which they access their own microsite.
You can easily setup a customer microsite from the Microsite Menu under CDP, then you can simply select the different pages that you would like to display on the microsite. If you manage different brands under the same program then you will be able to create different microsites for the different brands giving the customers personalized and one-to-one relationship with the brands.
After selecting all the pages you want to display on the microsite you can also configure how the page would look like by setting up colors and fonts for the different sections and you can upload images as well.
Once you are done configuring the Microsite and save it. You need to publish the microsite so the system would build it and make it available for usage.
The Microsite Profile Page
You can choose to display the full customer profile on the Microsite by selecting the Main Profile to be displayed on the profile page or you can decide to show a part of the profile by selecting a profile copy.
It is recommended that you display the full profile as they would give the customer the opportunity to fill out all the fields at their own convenience.
The Transactions History Page
You can easily provide customers with access to their transactions history where they can see full details of their e-receipts.
The Communication Preferences Page
This is an important page as it gives the customer the ability to manage their communication preferences and select what type of communication they would like to receive (or not receive) and through which channel.
The Vouchers Page
On the vouchers page, customers can see a full list of all the vouchers that they received. They can see active vouchers with their expiry dates, redeemed vouchers along with when and where they were redeemed, and expired ones.
The Custom Page
You can add several custom pages to the microsite by simply providing the page address, URL.
