Static lists setup
You need to first create a list. To add contacts to this list, you need to upload them (refer the below section Uploading contacts to lists).
A list is created by defining the following:
-A suitable and relevant name for the list
-Audience type, that is, where this list can be used. This includes UrbanBuz Clienteling App, campaigns and segments.
-Country, brand and branch where this list is linked to.
Uploading contacts to lists
Now that you have created your list, you can upload contacts in two ways:
Upload from a file: You can select the csv file of your contacts to upload.
From Audience Segments: You can use the Audience segments tool to create the list. Here, your contacts for the list will be based on the segment type and segment template that you select.
For example: You can select the segment template, segment name: Active Customers and then set the Start date and To date.
