A microsite is a brand-specific personalized landing page developed for your customers. It is available in the UrbanBuz Journey. This personalized microsite enables your customers to access and manage their personal information, personal offers and vouchers. In the case of a loyalty program, this personalized microsite can also show the customers’ loyalty tier, points balance and expiry. Businesses can create as many microsites as they need based on the business requirement. For example, they can create microsites for customers and members separate.
The microsite can be used for:
Updating profile: Customers need to click the microsite link received in the communication message. The link directs the customer to his/her personalized microsite where he/she can fill in or update the profile.
Obtaining rewards status (if loyalty program is available): Loyalty members will receive an automated communication with the microsite link. The microsite that the customer receives will include loyalty points details such as points balance, level and level expiry, redemption details etc.
Obtaining voucher details: Customers can view their pending, active, redeemed and expired vouchers.
