Under the Settings section in the Customer Journey Management platform, CJM, you will need to setup the program with the business structure before the data starts flowing to the system.
There you will see the countries enabled for your program based on your subscription and you will be able to add the brands, branches and Ecommerce.
Setting Up A Branch
When you setup a branch, you need to specify the country and brand of the store in case you have more than one country and brand defined in the system.
Please note that each branch has a System ID field which is the ID set for the branch by the Point of Sale system and used for integration purposes. This is to link the transaction received to the relevant branch as sent by the Point of Sale system (POS). You should be able to get that ID from your IT team or the team responsible for the integration.
So you would need the list of all the branches and their System ID
